The vast majority of utilities on ToolVorax—including but not limited to JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder/Decoder, Word Counter, Case Converter, Age Calculator, BMI Calculator, Unit Converter, Color Picker, QR Generator, and Barcode Generator—run entirely client-side using Web API standards (HTML5 Canvas & JavaScript execution).

• Your input data, documents, and generated outputs never leave your web browser.
• No file transmission occurs over external networks for local client-side tools.
• We cannot read, store, or view your inputs for client-side processing operations.

3. Server-Side Processing & Automated Instant File Purge

For specialized server-side utility workflows (such as Lock PDF and Unlock PDF):

• Uploaded documents are processed temporarily in isolated execution environments solely to fulfill the requested action (e.g., password addition/removal).
• Automated Deletion: All processed files are purged automatically from temporary server memory immediately after processing or download completion.
• We do not create persistent backups, archives, or secondary copies of any user-uploaded files.

4. Integration of Google AI (Image to Text OCR)

For advanced processing tools like Image to Text (AI OCR), ToolVorax leverages secure endpoints powered by the official Google AI API:

• Uploaded image files are strictly transmitted via SSL/TLS encrypted channels to extract readable text contents.
• The image payload is processed ephemerally for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and is not used to train global AI models or retained beyond execution.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising (Google AdSense & GDPR Compliance)

ToolVorax uses standard cookies and Web Storage API tokens to improve navigation speed and store basic user preferences (such as UI themes). Additionally:
